Following a Consultant selection process by Baker McKenzie, Johnston Houston’s role and scope of service were agreed with Baker McKenzie specific to the role of Tenant’s Representative for the fit out works required for their new regional office.
Working closely with our client’s worldwide Procurement Manager and local FM Team, a detailed set of Tenant’s requirements was prepared and fit out works procured by a Landlord retained design team. Interfacing with both the Tenant’s and Landlord’s teams proved to be a challenging role but the intense 14 week fit out for City Quays 1 of 30,000sqft accommodation was successfully delivered in 2017.
Following an expansion of our clients operations, Johnston Houston were re-engaged by Baker McKenzie in 2018, again to act as Tenant’s Representative in connection with CAT B Works in the City Quays 2. Again, this second fit out project was successfully delivered using the Landlord’s retained design team.
Johnston Houston are pleased that the success of our role for the initial fit out works in 2017 with both Baker McKenzie and the Landlord resulted in a second instruction and we look forward to working with Baker McKenzie again in the future.
