Johnston Houston was appointed by Richland Group in 2017 to provide Project Services in connection with this prestigious office redevelopment on the existing cinema site adjacent to Bankmore Square in the heart of Belfast City Centre. One Bankmore Square has been designed to meet the requirements of the modern occupier, taking the evolution of Belfast as an international business location to a new level. The building will provide 250,000sqft (NIA) of office accommodation to a modern Grade A standard with 7,500sqft (NIA) of retail accommodation and 50 internal car parking spaces at lower ground floor level. The building will achieve BREEAM excellent standard.
Working with a local team of Designers, Architects and Engineers, the construction of One Bankmore Square will commence in 2019. Johnston Houston are delighted to be providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for this prestigious £50m redevelopment project on behalf of Richland Group.
