Johnston Houston were instructed in 2016 to provide Project Services for the Gallery, an exciting new build development of 58 one and two bedroom contemporary apartments designed for city living in the heart of Belfast. The Gallery development was constructed and completed in 2017 over 9 floors with a 4,000sqft ground floor space occupied by a café / bar.
The redevelopment was successfully delivered by May Estates Ltd under Design and Build procurement following novation of the design team upon completion of RIBA Stage 4. The project was completed within the original established contractual programme at an extremely economical cost of circa £111 per sqft.
