Johnston Houston was instructed by KPMG in 2016 for the relocation of their Belfast City Centre Office from Stokes House to two floors within the Soloist Building at Lanyon Place where they acquired a leasehold interest in 30,000sqft of office accommodation completed to Grade A standard by the Landlord. Our role was to provide Project Management and Cost Consultancy Services to KPMG, leading a team to include an Interior Designer and Services Consultant. Working closely with this design team, using revit modelling for the key design interfaces, this tenant’s CAT B fit out was successfully delivered in a 14 week time frame to allow the successful relocation of KPMG from Stokes House.

This fit out project had many technical and design challenges with heavy cellularisation and high client expectations on both quality, aesthetics and sound performance. The intense fit out time frame required our dedicated Project Management team within the office to deal with the numerous challenges and project interfaces in order to reach a successful outcome. We are pleased that this CAT B fit out for KPMG was delivered in accordance with client brief with a successful outcome.
